Bayliss; Mrs. William F. Roat, Mrs. William Hoffman and Miss Jennie T. Bayliss. Friends may call at the Dermaine Funeral Home, 320 South Washington St., Alexandria, Virginia, where services will be held on Thursday, March 30, at 11:30 a.m. Interment: Ivy Hill Cemetery.

THE ALEXANDRIA GAZETTE, Alexandria, Virginia, Tuesday March 28, 1950, p 2:
Catherine Bayliss. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 11:30 from the Demaine Funeral home for Mrs. Catherine Bayliss who died at her home in Fairfax county yesterday. Burial will follow in Ivy Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Thomas A. Fraser, Jr., Doctor of St. Paul's Church will hold the service.
Mrs. Bayliss is survived by David E., John F., and George H. Bayliss all of Fairfax county; three daughters, ; Mrs. William F. Roat, and Miss Jennie T. Bayliss of Fairfax, and Mrs. William Hoffman of Los Angeles, and 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. The remains will rest at Demaine Funeral Home.
