At his wife Rhoda's death 6th Dec 1890 Richard Butler was described as a cordwainer (master). Richard's cause of death is given on his death certificate 9 Jun 1881 as paralysis and his age as 73 years. Sarah his daughter was apparently not married at Richard's death, but by the date of her mother's death in 1890 she is listed as Sarah Rennison.
