DEATH: Civil Reg. Refce. March 1863, Eastbourne, 2b, 43.
Twin of Charles, Richard was overseer of the parish of West Dean for at least 25 years from 1802 until 1827 (the year to which overseers' account s were microfilmed). He was described as a draper of West Dean and Ditchling on his marriage licence in 1794.
