BURIAL: Laughton parish register. (Buried as Mrs Shoesmith, aged 90, the elder of Stonecross.)

Frances was the niece of Rev. John North who was vicar of Laughton for 47 years from October 1685 until his death on 26 November 1732.

Frances married William Shoosmith, son of William Shoosmith and Mary Skinner, on 21 Jun 1728 in Laughton, East Sussex England. (William Shoosmith was born on 11 Mar 1697 in Laughton, East Sussex England, died on 9 May 1780 and was buried on 15 May 1780 in Laughton, East Sussex England.)
