Robert Saxby

MI: Rodmell, Sussex.
Robert Saxby was a member of a prominent Laughton family. He moved to Rodmell in the late 1760s but died in 1773. His family continued to live at Northease and Rodmell Place, and his great-granddaughter Catherine Ray and her husband Philip Ellis were farming 780 acres at Rodmell in 1881.
