Hiscock. On 13th Feb at her son's residence, Church Street, Middle Brighton, Anne, relict of the late William Hiscock of Kew, mother of William, Percy, Thomas and Walter Hiscock, aged 78 years. For 40 years a resident of Kew.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Anne Hiscock of 71 Princess Street, Kew in the State of Victoria, widow.
After payment of all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my loving sons. William Henry Hiscock and Walter George Hiscock share and share alike all the monies coming from my Life Assurance Policy in The Australian Widows Fund Assurance Society Melbourne. The remainder of my Real and Personal Estate is to be divided equally between my four sons. William Henry Hiscock, Percy Herbert Hiscock, John Thomas Hiscock and Walter George Hiscock and I direct my Executors to use their discretion as to when it would be advisable to dispose of my Freehold property.
And I Hereby Appoint William Henry Hiscock of High Street, Kew. Tobacconist and Walter George Hiscock of Princess Street, Kew. Accountant to be.

the said Anne Hiscock and by her declared to be her last Will and the presence of us present at the same time presence at her request in the presence of we hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses.
