They lived at Back Street, Ashwell, Hertfordshire.

William married Harriet Waldock, daughter of Philip Waldock and Ann Warner, on 1 Aug 1847 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire England. (Harriet Waldock was born on 8 Dec 1827 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire England, christened on 3 Feb 1828 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire England and died on 2 Feb 1902 in Ashwell, Hertfordshire England.)
