PAYNE Maximum Noel (George, Charles, George, Joel) was born in 1898 in Ale xandra, Victoria, Australia and married STEVENSON Eileen G. Noel entered t he Postal Service- rising to Post Master. It is said that he was a man ev er searching for religious faith and finally converted to Catholicism. H ad two adopted daughters, and was a wonderful husband and father, unt il he died at 70 years.
