PAYNE Augustus Ceasar (George, Charles, George, Joel) was born in 18 86 in Gobur, Victoria, Australia. Caesar did not marry. At first a farm er he later took up building and went to First World War- as a war worke r. It is also said that Ceasar was very kind to his sister Kim who was le ft a young widow with 5 children. He died on the 1 Jul 1918 at the Base Ho spital, St. Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in his thirties.
