Emma seems to have travelled around a lot as she is often to be found crossing the border between Mexico and the US. In 1922 she is once again travelling across the border and on her immigration card it states she has lived in Mexico for 20 years making her arrival there about 1902.
Edwin Herbert was known to be an avid gardener and after he retired he was apparently responsible for the British Garden in Mexico.

Minnie married Edwin Herbert Nock, son of Edwin Nock and Sarah Jane (Jane) Bate, on 27 Dec 1890 in Frogmore, Hertfordshire England.³⁶⁹ (Edwin Herbert Nock was born on 10 Jul 1864 in Staffordshire England and died in 1947 in Mexico Central America ¹¹¹¹.)
