Of the Travellers Club, Granville, 1897-1899; Chairperson of the program com. Of the same, 1897, to date (1912); Pres of the Shepardson Alumnae Assc., 1905-1906; Organising Regent of the Granville Centennial Assc., 1904- 1905; librarian of the Denison University since 1903 to date (1912).

Kate married Nahum Hines, son of Joseph Hines and Esther Gray. (Nahum Hines was born on 30 Aug 1852 and died on 10 Apr in Brooklyn, Kings, New York USA.)
