Graeme grew up in Loughborough Leics, He is by trade a body builder for Autobuses and worked for Leicester City Bus for most of his working career his apprenticeship was completed at Willowbrook Buses in Loughborough he completed his apprenticeship with distinction at Loughborough Technical College. Graeme is a Trades Union representative at Leicester City Bus.
