Peter Morris notes: Ann was born at Castle Hill and when aged 18 she married her first cousin James Bellamy on August 21, 1848 at Wollombi. They had three children, however her husband and her two daughters died in 1852 and are buried at Wollombi. Ann returned to Carlingford with her remaining child and on 23rd August, 1853 she married Isaac Mobbs Jnr. Issac Mobbs Jnr. was born in 1829 to Issac Mobbs Snr. and Ann Tomlinson. They had married in 1821. Issac Snr. had been born in 1794 in Middlesex, England. His parents were William Mobbs (1763-1839) and Ann Grover (1761-1850). William Mobbs had been convicted at the Old Bailey for stealing and was given a 7 year sentence. William had arrived in the colony aboard the Barwell in 1798. Ann Mobbs died at Dundas on October 1, 1897 and is buried with her husband at the St. Paul's cemetery, Carlingford
