Rosabell Mary Watson (Rose) was born in a Maternity Hospital run by Nurse Floyd in Denison Street Condobolin on 25 March 1923 to Rosabella Lindley and Francis Barnett Watson.They lived in a house in Bobadah owned by James Deeves at the time. They then moved back to "Mogille Plains" while Rosabell was still young.
Rose went to Tullamore to work at the District Hospital when she was sixteen years old. She also worked in the Tullamore cafe at one stage. She went from Tullamore to Condobolin where she worked at Nurse Floyds maternity Hospital.
In 1944 Rosabell Mary married William Parker McKie on 25 March, at St Marks Church of England in Tottenham NSW. Rosabell and William had three children, William Francis, Mary Helen and Margaret Ann. They lived in a House on the corner of Moondana and Mogille Streets in Tottenham. Rosabell grew an Apple Tree there from seed and up to the 1980's was still growing.
About 1952 Rose and William moved to Darnick for about a year and then to Euabalong West. About 1956 Rose and William Parker McKie separated and Rose went back to Tottenham to live. She then lived in a De-Facto relationship with Michael John Caton until her death in 1973. They bought a House in 1971 in Moondana Street which was alongside the House where Rosabell and William Parker McKie lived when they Married.
She also worked as a shearers cook and worked at the "Gem of the West" cafe in Tottenham for a short time.
Rosabell Mary Watson passed away at her home in Tottenham on 23 July 1973 and is buried in the Church of England portion of the Tottenham Cemetery.
