With the early death of his son, Frederick Samuel in 1894, his next surviving son, Percival Charles Passau joined the family business around 1895. Around the same time, the Passau's' shop was moved to a new location next door to the Royal Arcade, 494 George Street. Frederick was listed as 'jeweller and optician' and Percival C as 'jeweller' at the same address.


Percival married Priscilla N. Scoles on 10 Mar 1897 in Balmain, Sydney, NSW Australia.
