Rachel Dyson was the daughter of Charles Dyson and Rebecca. Her fath er is listed as the Publican of the Plough in 1841 and 1851. Her sister Ma ry married Thomas Mason. Rachel's daughters Lavinia and Drusilla were bo rn illegitimate - I can not tell if they were John Lawn's children, thou gh they are labelled as such in the 1881c.
