• fact. Marriage certificate application no. 1922/9662: No. 4540 Vol 74 By rev Thomas Thomson, Presbyterian Chaplain. Witnessed by Wm. and Mary Lane of Bathurst. John and Anne had three children when they arrived in New Zealand [ and none thereafter]. Anne's health was poor and was the reason for the move from New South Wales to New Zealand. She died in 1861 just 4 years after arriving.

Annie married John Glasson, son of John Glasson and Mary Glasson, on 28 Dec 1834 in Scots Church, Bathurst, NSW Australia. (John Glasson was born on 8 Nov 1802 in Legereth, Cornwall England, christened on 12 Sep 1803 in Breage, Helston, Cornwall England and died on 15 Jul 1890 in Linwood, Karaka New Zealand.)
