Joseph James Bowe (1881) has an aunt Ann Routh Bowe. Ann Routh Bowe was ma rried to James Scarr whos brother Arthur Scarr was living in the house (Co tescue Farm) , where Clement Scarr Bowe (Note: There are already two oth er Clement Scarr Bowes in this branch of the tree) was born in 1917. Edi th Agness Bell is the name on Clement Scarr Bowes birth certificate. S he is from the same locality (small Community) as Joseph James Bowe.
