The first-mentioned Angelina Cooper may well have been Henry John Cooper's twin. Thirdly, in 1851, there was a servant girl named Angelina Cooper born at Lovington and aged 18 working for the Wake Brothers, Bartholomew and Thomas, both Solicitors of North Barrow. The Wakes' Housekeeper was none other than Patience Farthing, Luke Cooper's sister! It seems highly likely that she may have been asked to give Angelina Cooper her first start in life and, though the age given seems slightly incompatible with her birth date, whoever filled in the Census papers may have guessed her age based on the girl's looks.
