Hi Sharon
My Great Grandmother was Elizabeth Price Daughter of Henry Price,she married Ephraim Powdrill Oct.26th 1856.Their son Herbert was my Grandfather.
I am also related to Sarah Price who married William Powdrill Sept.26th 1826 .Sarah had a son Thomas the year before she married ,I think William was the father and his parents did not allow him to marry until he was 21 ,the out come was he was always called Price Powdrill a doublebarrelled name.Later some of his family dropped the Powdrill and we lost them but there were a lot of the Price Powdrills in Gotham .They had lived there for many years and had large families.They worked as Frame Work Knitters as did the Powdrills I hope this will be of interest let me know if we are related bye Lillian
