William James Saunders born 1884 is my paternal grandfather. William did not marry Constance Dorothy Embleton in 1908. He married Emily Louisa Keene in Hackney in 1906, and died in Edmonton in 1933. If you look at the 1911 census he was living in Bromley with my grandmother and my uncle and my grandmother's niece. His date of birth is incorrect, but he was working in a jewellers shop. They then moved to Crouch End where he managed the jewellers shop which he owned. I met his sister Daisy and her husband Ernest on several occasions at my grandmother's house, and I have photos of William and his brother George (on a visit from Canada) from my father.
