  General Notes:

I have a copy of James Hampton marriage certificate to Ann Turner and it says that they were married 16 September 1860 in Windlesham Parish Church.
James was residing at Chobham, his fathers name was Richard and he was a Widower at the time of Marriage.
Ann Turner was residing at Windlesham and her fathers name was William Turner she was a Spinster at the time of their Marriage.
Therefore it seems very possible that William was born to James' previous wife.
