Elizabeth was listed as a farm servant, was Protestant, could read but not write and was bought out by James Hope. Botany Bay. Elizabeth was identified as a native from Woodchurch, Kent. The obitiuary for Edward, Elizabeth's husband, identifies for us that Elizabeth's family also came out to Australia and that they settled in Jamberoo on the South coast of N.S.W where they became a prominant family.
