Elizabeth Maguire 17/6/1905-10/6/1986 married George Patrick McMorrow 7/3/1901-24/12/1962.
I believe they had met in a hospital after Patrick had a motorcycle accident where Betty was a nurse, sadly the injuries to his head were what led to his demise so many years later Christmas eve 1962.
My Nan 'Betty' used to travel between our home in Como (Thursday to Sunday) and back to the Cascade street address for the rest of the week.
Elizabeth married George Patrick (Paddy) McMorrow, son of Thomas Valentine McMorrow and Minnie Bryce (Mary) Phillips, on 29 Apr 1929. (George Patrick (Paddy) McMorrow was born on 7 Mar 1901 in Armidale, NSW Australia and died on 24 Dec 1962 in Sydney, NSW Australia.)
