George is the link to Samuel Caldwell who with his wife Isabella had a daughter Mary who married an Englishman John Phillips and they had 4 children.
One of those children was Mary Phillips who married Tom McMorrow, their eldest child was George who preferred to be called Patrick or 'Paddy' we all called him Da. I have a picture attached of him fishing I think on the Hawkesbury.
George married Elizabeth (Betty) Maguire, daughter of Lawrence Henry Maguire and Mary Agnes L. Bourke, on 29 Apr 1929. (Elizabeth (Betty) Maguire was born on 17 Jun 1905 in Paddington, Sydney, NSW Australia and died on 10 Jun 1986.)
