William James FELSTEAD was born 1884 East Macquarie, NSW. He died 3 Nov 1951 in Bathurst, New South Wales. He married Rose A BATEUP. She was born 1887 Sydney, New South Wales. She died 1927 Grenfell, New South Wales, (BDM Index 1235/1927 FELSTEAD ROSE A -father EDWARD Age 39 YEARS at GRENFELL). William James was living with his son John Felstead at Bathurst who had married Elsie Carmen Josephine BOWER 1929 at Bathurst. John William died in 1948 at Liverpool and James William stayed with his son's wife at Bathurst up to his death. Elsie Carmen Josephine re-married in 1852 to Henry Herbert Mackaway and lived Carrington, Newcastle, NSW.
I added this extra bit about William son and wife as some Trees on ancestry have William James Felstead senior dying at Bathurst, Most have him at Redfern. If these few checked the Electoral Rolls they would see that they sort out these two that have the same name quite readily. It shows that William James in his latter years lived with his son Charles Augusts and daughter-in-law Rose with William James being noted as an Invalid in the Rolls. His son died 12 months before him leaving him with his daughter-in-law one has to assume and that Rose didn't know who his parents were for his death particulars. Rose re-married not long after his death the next year.

William married Rose A. Bateup. (Rose A. Bateup was born in 1887 in Sydney, NSW Australia and died in 1927 in Grenfell, NSW Australia.)
