Ken Gray notes:
They resided in the old Thompson homestead in Embden. They were both buried in the evergreen Cemetery at Salon, Maine. He as the son of Moses Thompson (who was born in June 1768 and drowned in the Kennebeck river, 11^th march 1831; buried on the farm at Embden) and his wife Mary, dau. Of Capt. Joseph Churchill, (born in New Portland, Maine in April 1768; died in Embden, 29^th Oct. 1847; and buried beside her husband, father, her husband's mother, her children and grand-children) .

Christopher married Anna Gray, daughter of Joshua Gray and Hannah McFadden, in 1812. (Anna Gray was born on 25 Mar 1795 in Embden, Somerset County, Maine USA and died on 14 Feb 1893 in Madison, Maine USA.)
