• fact. Her beau was killed in WW1 and she later lived with her niece Ivy "Tye" Richards at Blaxland Rd Eastwood in Sydney where they ran a shop. (Ivy is possibly the daughter of William E Firkin and Ada A Lansdown, a descendant of Joseph and Zillah Firkin) Ivy, as well, never married.
