Naomi Alethea Parsons

Naomi means 'pleasantness' in Hebrew. In the Old Testament, Naomi was the mother-in-law of Ruth (Ruth 1:2 et seq); she also the nurtureer of Ruth's son Obed, the grandfather of David (usurper of Saul). Alethea in Greek means 'truthful one'.

Naomi married John Fergie. (John Fergie was born on 11 May 1931 and died on 29 Jan 2007 in Nambucca Heads, NSW Australia.)
