• source. Sharon Minett who says that he was tried at Winchester, Hampshire on 24 may 1784 for highway robbery. He was originally sentenced to death but later this was changed to 7 years. He arrived in Australia on the Charlotte.

Robert married Carolina Laycock. (Carolina Laycock was born in 1770-1774 and died in 1830.)
