• source. Sharon Minett who says that she came out on the first fleet for petty larcony. She was sentenced for 7 years. She was sometimes known as Haylock or Haycock. She was says that she had a daughter Sarah, to a sailor who was on the ship from the Prince of Wales when she was sent to Australia. Sarah was baptised in 1788. Carolina got her certificate of leave the week of 11 Dec 1823.
She got 50 lashes to her back for stealing a shirt with William Boggis while she was in Australia
