It is with regret we report the death of Mr Alfred Burton Gadd, which took place at his residence, Hawthorn, on May 31st. Deceased leaves a widow and family of six to mourn the loss of a loving husband and father, aged 86 years. The late Mr Alfred Gadd was the eldest son of Mr and Mrs W. B. Gadd, early pioneers of Avenel, and brother in law of Mrs A. E. Gadd, of Avenel.
