Occupation Carpenter & Labourer, immigrated 27 Sep 1839 in 'Neptune' - Sydney NSW AUS.97 A legal notice in the Maitland Mercury, 21 September 1844, states John WARBY was charged with receiving stolen clothing, the property of Patrick Reedy at 'Altham' - He was found not guilty - discharged. John shows up as being a tenant at Cultivation Road, Maitland in 1870 & 1871, then in the 1872 Greville's PO Directory of 1872 he appears as - "labourer, East Maitland Rd. Maitland West".
