• Medical. Margaret Osmond writes that he died from typhoid fever
Also on John James, son of John and Ellen - your notes about him are correct. He died 12 Nov 1885 at Sherbrooke, aged 16, from Typhoid Fever. (I have the transcription of death certificate). He is buried at the foot of George and Rebecca in Wollongong, with a separate headstone. I have a photo of both. I have seen the information about him marrying but that is a totally different Knight family.
