My Grandmother, his mother, Josephine (nee Harris) refused to take any of this money as she considered it blood money. Charlotte bought a little shop on the corner of Ann St and Donnelly St Balmain with the money. Both Albert Alan Bray and Josephine worked in the shop helping Charlotte (who was known as Lottie). Unbeknowns to Albert and Josephine, Lottie re-married a man called Bernie Bugg (believe it or not) and they moved down to Tasmania.
