Marie Isabelle was killed here in Gerringong where I live.
Marie Isabelle Orth (nee Boyes) was killed at Omega Crossing, near Gerringong in 1968. The first on the scene were Gwenyth Hindmarsh (my mother-in-law) and her friend Loma Campbell. This was a notorious railway crossing, then a stop for highway traffic.


Marie married Raymond Clifford Orth on 30 Dec 1942 in Lismore, NSW Australia. (Raymond Clifford Orth was born on 20 Jun 1914 in Penrith, Sydney, NSW Australia and died on 29 Jun 2010 in Tweed Heads, NSW Australia 89.)
