Elvira Bienfang Blasing, 84, of Jefferson died on Monday, Feb. 28, 2000, at Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Services.
Born in Jefferson Junction on Jan. 17, 1916, to Edward and Emma (Goes) Bienfang, she married Louis F. Blasing on July 27, 1935. He died on Jan 27, 1966.
Surviving are two daughters, Ellen (James) Church of Huntingdon Beach, Calif., and Kathryn (Bob) Oleson of Palmyra; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Esther (Ivan) Foote of Jefferson.
She also was predeceased by one son, Edward F.; and two sisters, Ethel Nater and Evelyn Kiessling.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Jefferson at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 3.

The Olsen Funeral Home in Jefferson is handling arrangements.
