  General Notes:

Reuben and his father John arrived in N.S.W on the "Prince Regent" 27September 1827.
In the 1828 census he suppose to be 21 but more like 26 and worked asa ploughman for John Blaxland at Patrick Plains, near Broke, N.S.W.

Reuben married Mary Ison / Highson / Hyson, daughter of Unknown and Sarah Ward, on 16 May 1842 in St Andrews Presbyterian, Singleton, NSW Australia. (Mary Ison / Highson / Hyson was born on 25 Dec 1827 in Hexham, Newcastle, NSW Australia, died on 21 Jun 1901 in Singleton, NSW Australia and was buried in Broke, Hunter Valley (Near Singleton), NSW Australia.)
