Rhonda Thomas / Robertson & Lil Gogerly's notes where it is written that she signed her own name on her marriage certificate Louisa married William Sydney Smith on 18 Feb 1833 in St Peters C of E, Campbelltown, Sydney, NSW Australia. (William Sydney Smith was born in 1804 in Birmingham, Warwickshire England and died on 4 Nov 1854 in Wollongong, NSW Australia.) Noted events in their marriage were: • source. Lil Gogerly's notes where it is writtent that the ceremony was performed by REv Thomas Reddall & witnesses by Joseph Shipley and Mary Fowler. IN the 1828 cencus, Rev Redall had a house servant named William Smith who was then aged 32 and had arrived on the "Countess of Harcourt" in 1827. He is very likely the man who married Louisa Louisa next married Michael McKenzie on 12 Feb 1855 in Dapto, NSW Australia. (Michael McKenzie was born circa 1815 and died in NSW Australia.) |
