Henry was listed as a labourer of Sydney in the General Muster of 1818. Anne Gardener was also listed as having come free on the Northampton in 1815.
Henry was a convict. He was sentenced to seven years transportation. The sailed aboard the ship 'The Globe' which departed Portsmouth in 1818 and arrived in Sydney 8 Jan 1819. The master was James Blyth and the surgeon George Clayton.
The General Muster of 1822 lists Henry (a convict sentenced to seven years) as a gardener at Hyde Park Gardens Sydney. It also lists Anne Gardener as his wife, who came free.
