Francis John Curnick

   Cause of his death was lymphoma of the small bowel.

Worked as a clerk in insurance offices then for WD & HO Wills for many years then in licensed clubs as a steward then as bar manager at Fairfield Bowling Clum (NSW) then secretary manager of Eastern Suburbs Catholic Club.

At the time of his death he worked as a weighbridge clerk at Blue Metal and Gravel Inc, where he was also a union representative and successfully negotiated for weighbridge clerks to have access to superannuation.

Francis married Patricia Mary Thrower, daughter of Francis Richard (Frank) Thrower and Mary Florence (Molly) Kelly, on 15 Aug 1953. (Patricia Mary Thrower was born on 31 Oct 1929 in Maroubra, Sydney, NSW Australia and died on 24 Aug 1994.). The cause of her death was stroke.
