Abraham, from what I can see Charlotte Carew married Thomas Drury in 1792 and had 2 children, John Thomas Drury and Henry Carey Drury, Thomas died in 1799. I have a copy of their marriage registration in 1792.
Charlotte Drury then married Abraham Luya in 1800 and one son Abraham Luya in 1801 before Abraham snr died in 1803. She then married Thomas Wood in 1805.
I don't have any record of Abraham marrying an Elizabeth Carew. Would be interested in any documentation on that.

I Abraham Luya of Fort Street in the Old Artillery a
Licensed Victualler being at this time sound in Minde
and Memory but weakly in Body do declare this my
last Will and Testament First I recommend my Soul
to the all mercifull God and my Body to the Earth to Be
decently but not expensively interred secondly I appoint
Mr Geo. Perk of Vine Court Spitalfields as my Executor
jointly with my beloved Wife Charlotte Luya as Executrix
and by this my last Will do give and bequeath all
and every thing I may be possessed of at the time of
my Decease (after my just Debts and Funeral Expenses
are paid) unto my aforesaid beloved Wife Charlotte
Luya to be for her sole use and disposal Signed this
twenty third day of March in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and three Abraham Luya

This Will was proved at London the twelfth
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and three before the Worshipful Charles
Coote _o_tor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honorable
Sir William Wynne Knight also _o_tor of Laws Master
Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of
Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oaths of George
Perk and Charlotte Luya Widow the Relict of the
Deceased the Executors named in the said Will to
whom Administration was granted of all and singular
the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased
they having been first sworn duly to administer.

Charlotte Wood of the Gun and Tent of the Old Artillery Ground in the
Liberty of the Old Artillery Ground in the County of Middlesex widow
first I give my Plate to be equally Divided between my three sons
Abraham Luya Thomas John Drury and Henry Carey Drury Item I give
and bequeath unto my son Abraham Luya two houses with their appurts
situated No 37 and 38 Church Street Bethnal Green in the parish of St
Matthew Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex he paying the first
years rent from each of the houses to my executor towards paying my
Debts and funeral expenses Item I give and bequeath unto my son Henry
Carey Drury one house with the apputenances situated No 36 Church Street
in the said parish of St Matthew Bethnal Green in the said County of
Middlesex He paying the first two years rent unto my aforesaid son Thomas John
Drury then I give and bequeath unto my aforesaid son Henry Carey Drury
the lease of the house I now live in namely the aforesaid Gun and Tent with
all the household goods furniture and effects utensils stock in Trade money
and all that I have any right or title to he paying all my just Debts and
my funeral expenses and also the proving of this my will Item I give and
bequeath to my aforesaid son Henry Carey Drury the house adjoining the
aforesaid Gun and Tent Item I do hereby make and appoint my son
Henry Carey Drury executor to this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all other wills made by me and declare this only to my last
Will and testament In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal
this 25th day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty one

(Abraham Luya was born on 18 Dec 1765 in Bethnal Green, London, Middlesex England, christened on 6 Jan 1766 in St Matthews, Bethnal Green, London, Middlesex England and died in 1803 in Christchurch, Spitalfields, Stepney, London, Middlesex England.)
