Shadrach and Robert being charged with destroying a thrashing machine Shadrach also being charged with stealing a tea caddy and i found priors of poaching Sentence Death ,commuted to life sailed on the Eleanor to N.S.W. arrived 25/6/1831.Robert being sentenced to 7 years and sent to Tas.aboard the Eliza.
