Isaac Da Costa was born 1889 in Bethnal Green to Hyman Da Costa and Fanny Joseph.
He married Julia Ellis at the beginning of 1912 and then had a son Hyman in November of the same year.(I believe that Hyman married, had a daughter, and eventually died in 1999)
Julia died in 1933 and on 29th March 1934 Isaac married her sister Elizabeth at Bevis Marks Synagogue.
In 1930 Elizabeth was given guardianship of her niece (Jonas's daughter) Fanny Ellis. I believe that Isaac Da Costa may have adopted her at some point?
Jonas could also be known as Joseph
Jonas married Dinah Levy, daughter of Abraham Levy and Eliza Woolf, on 15 Jun 1924 in East London Synagogue, Stepney Green, London England. (Dinah Levy was born circa 1900, died on 15 Aug 1928 and was buried in East Ham Cemetery, Essex England.)
