Before she died Dinah wrote a will asking that her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ellis be guardian of her young daughter Fanny - the witnesses to the will were Isaac Da Costa and Elizabeth Ellis who later married in 1934.

Dinah married Jonas Ellis, son of John Ellis and Fanny Samuel, on 15 Jun 1924 in East London Synagogue, Stepney Green, London England. (Jonas Ellis was born in 1897, died on 28 May 1925 and was buried in East Ham Cemetery, Essex England.)
