Note : possibly marriage to Mary Ann Clarkson 1853 St Mary's, Whitkirk. N ot quite sure if there were two wives - Mary and Ann, or if they were t he same person, Mary in 1861 and Ann in following censuses. They were bo th the same age and born in Seacroft.

Mary married George Atkinson, son of Charles Atkinson and Hannah Barker. (George Atkinson was born about 1831 in Austhorpe, Yorkshire England and died before 1881 in Leeds, West Yorkshire England.)
