  General Notes:

Presume that John and Martha had more children, but they are hard to tra ck down. There is a series of Monk Fryston baptisms (which don't have a Ba tch Number) Martin 1804, John 20.9.1806, Jonathan 1808, George and Mar ia both 2.2.1810 which fill the gap nicely between Matilda and William - A ll to be proved. There is a tantalysing entry in the 1881c for a Matild ah Laycock, 80, born 'Fryston'.

John married Martha Beck on 23 Jun 1799 in Kirkby Wharfe, Yorkshire England. (Martha Beck was born about 1775 in Saxton In Elmet, West Yorkshire England, died in Nov 1817 in Saxton In Elmet, West Yorkshire England and was buried on 23 Nov 1817 in Saxton In Elmet, West Yorkshire England.)
