Florence, as a child lived at 32 Beehive Road, Fulham London and grew up to become a confectioner's packer in 1901 living at 134 New Church Road, Camberwell were she was still living in 1905 when she married.

Florence married Frederick James Foster, son of Frederick John Foster and Isabella Caroline Dann, on 7 Jan 1905 in Clarendon Chapel Camberwell, Surrey England. (Frederick James Foster was born on 23 Nov 1879 in Walworth, London, Surrey England and died on 23 Jun 1946.)
