Marriage certificate shows Mary and Harry were both age 21 and Harry is noted as a Blacksmith. The groom's father is noted as Len BARBOUR, Iron Moulder and the bride's as William REED, Miner. The marriage was witnessed by Mary's brother John REED, her sister Daisy REED and John James IRWIN. At the time of her marriage Polly (Mary) lived at 37 South Row, Roose, Barrow In Furness, Lancashire, England. (Information obtained from copy of marriage certificate.)
