Interred in Anglican, sec. 32 graves 54-58, occupation Rough Carpenter/Labourer. James and his family were tenants at Northumberland Street, Maitland NSW in 1889. From the 1903 electoral roll the family lived at Newcastle Street, East Maitland NSW.
The large grave at the end of the Church of England section in the Maitland East cemetery, with only a concrete surround and initials JW - MW - AW - NW - SW, is the grave of James & Margaret, their baby son Alfred Henry and the brothers of James, Noah & Samuel WARBY.
